PIANO RECYCLING
Piano disposal in Norwich
We collect pianos across Norwich every Tuesday. Booked online, paid online.
Digital £199 · Upright £299 · Grand £399 · all prices inc VAT
Collected by professional piano movers · fully insured · no risk to your piano, property or people
Our Norwich route runs every Tuesday. Whether you have an upright in the living room, a grand in the music room, or an old digital in the loft, we’ll book a fixed-price collection, turn up on the day, and take it away — assessed first, rehomed where possible, otherwise dismantled and separated into wood and metals.
Our route through NR (Norwich) runs every Tuesday. Other places we collect on the same day include Telford, Wigan, Liverpool and Southend-on-Sea — so if you don’t see your exact postcode area listed, your nearest collection is rarely more than a few days away.

What happens to your piano
Every piano we collect in Norwich is assessed first. Anything we can rehome — a working upright, a tunable grand, a usable digital — we try to place with a player, a teacher, a school or a community project before anything else happens to it.
What can’t be rehomed is dismantled and separated into wood and metals. Landfill is avoided where possible.

Which Norwich postcodes do you cover?
The entire NR postcode area, which covers Norwich. If your postcode begins with NR, we collect on the day shown above. The booking form will confirm your specific date once you enter the full postcode.
How quickly can you collect in Norwich?
Our Norwich collection day is Tuesday. When you enter your postcode in the booking form above, you’ll see the next four available Tuesdays. Most customers book within one to two weeks.
What if my piano is just outside Norwich?
The NR postcode is wider than the city itself. If your address has an NR postcode, you’re covered. If you’re in Telford, Wigan, Liverpool and Southend-on-Sea, see those pages — same crew, often the same day.
Will the collection crew damage my piano, my walls, or my floors?
Every collection is carried out by trained, professional piano movers using proper lifting equipment, dollies, straps and corner protection. We move pianos every day of the week. The collection is fully insured against damage to your piano, your property and to people.
What counts as standard ground-floor access?
Piano is on the ground floor. No internal or external steps between the piano and the front door. No tight corners or narrow doorways the piano won’t fit through. Van can park within roughly 20 metres of the door.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your collection day get a full refund. Inside 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable but we can move your date once at no charge. Full policy: Refunds & Cancellations.
